Reconstruction of Air-Shower Parameters through Lateral Distribution Function of Ultra-High Energy Particles

In this study, the necessity of simulation study for exploring interactions ultra-high energy particles cosmic rays was examined. Different hadronic interaction models such as (SIBYLL, QGSJET, and EPOS) were simulated by using air showers AIRES system (version 19.04.00). Also, charged particle density Extensive Air Showers (EAS) calculated estimating lateral distribution function (LDF). Moreover, LDF two primary (proton iron nuclei) performed, taking into account their energies effect zenith angle that produced in EAS, within range (10^17-10^19) eV. At extremely high (10^17, 10^18, 10^19) eV, new parameters a obtained fitting curves EAS Sigmoidal (Logistic model). Comparison results showed good agreement between values from parameterized with experimental AGASA observatory primaries proton well nuclei, production (electron positron) pair muons secondary at about 10^19 eV (theta = 0 degree).
